Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, digital downloads, personalised or custom-made items, intimate or sanitary goods, and hazardous materials.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost of the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
